Charming traditional Mexican style atmosphere with stunning views.
Finding Santerra was quite challenging due to poor signage, especially at night. The signs could definitely use some illumination for better visibility. Additionally, during our stay, we experienced inconsistent hot water availability, which was an inconvenience. While the staff did respond quickly to our concerns, it still detracted from the overall comfort of our visit. Unfortunately, we were also disappointed to find out that breakfast wasn't available due to low season, leaving us wanting more from our dining experience.

I stayed in the Deluxe Suite and it was awesome! The geodesic dome design was super cool and the views were just breathtaking. The bed was really comfy, and the AC worked great even in the heat. Plus, waking up to coffee and tasty breakfast options like homemade enchiladas was a nice touch. The outdoor common area was lovely too! My only complaint was trying to find the place at night since the signs weren’t super clear. A great experience overall!

Couple seeking cozy getaway
Had a fantastic experience with the staff,, especially Carlos who helped arrange our meals. The dome was very nice,, felt like living in nature and our mornings were made special with homemade breakfast enchiladas from the sunny outdoor kitchen.
Definitely not the cheapest option, but I’d say it’s worth it for the experience.
